The best weight loss I had after Emma was born was eating beef. Pork has a lot of salt in it, which makes you retain water. Chicken was good, but nothing compared to beef.Paired that with steamed broccoli or asparagus and it really did make a difference.

ReplyDeleteKristen I'm with you, but haven't had any meat from home at the house so I'm working with chicken and pork for now and hope to get some this weekend!
