29 days to a healthier me - DAY 1

As I mentioned yesterday I am starting off with a cleanse with normal food...veggies, fruit and protein...I'm going to use chicken as my protein.

Day 1 and 2 Cleanse

  3. The best weight loss I had after Emma was born was eating beef. Pork has a lot of salt in it, which makes you retain water. Chicken was good, but nothing compared to beef.Paired that with steamed broccoli or asparagus and it really did make a difference.

  4. Kristen I'm with you, but haven't had any meat from home at the house so I'm working with chicken and pork for now and hope to get some this weekend!
